Geraldine, our food & nutrition co-ordiantor, has worked at the nursery since it opened in 2002, she is a fundamental part of the team and has qualifications in Food Safety and Catering (Level 2), Health and Safety (Level 2) and Food Allergy Awareness (Level 2). Geraldine plans all her meals to meet the nutritional needs of all the children at the nursery, planning specific menus for those with allergies, intolerances or religious requirements. All meals are prepared on the premises without the use of salt, sugar or processed food. We are also a nut-free nursery.
